The hotel is conveniently located, just outside of the city center and near to everything in the city. The rooms are well-equipped with a shower and good tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast included a variety of options, including vegetarian choices.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, nothing to improve.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to restaurants at Leith waterfront and public transport. It is easy to travel to the tourist area via city bus. The area is safe and has good transport links. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and the showers are hot. Some rooms are kept clean.
Some areas of the hotel, such as the reception and downstairs areas, need attention.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with a tidy and well-decorated room. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city centre. I loved the fact that I could take a quick bus ride or enjoy a beautiful 30-minute walk along an old tram route to reach the city's cultural centre. the staff, especially the reception team, were kind and were great too make my stay pleasant. The value for money was unbeatable, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I'm in the area.

The location near the bus stop made it convenient to explore the city. The spacious room had three single beds and a tasty breakfast options. The bar had a pleasant atmosphere and the staff were helpful. a satisfying stay with good value for money.
